At apparelo.boutique, every piece is made specially for you after you place your order. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.

 

 

 

1. Order Processing Time

 

 

All products are made-to-order, so production begins after your payment is confirmed.

Processing time usually takes 2–4 business days before dispatch.

During high-demand periods or festivals, production may take 1–2 days longer.

 

 

 

 

2. Shipping Time

 

 

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

We ship orders through trusted courier partners like Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, or India Post.

 

 

 

 

3. Shipping Charges

 

 

Free shipping is offered on prepaid orders above ₹999.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) or smaller orders, a small delivery charge may apply and will be shown at checkout.

 

 

 

 

4. Tracking Your Order

 

 

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

You can track your parcel in real-time using the courier partner’s website.

 

 

 

 

5. Wrong or Incomplete Address

 

 

Please make sure your address, phone number, and pin code are accurate at checkout.

apparelo.boutique is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to wrong addresses or unreachable phone numbers.

If an order returns due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.

 

 

 

 

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

 

 

We are not liable for delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, or external disruptions.

However, our support team will help you track and resolve any delivery issues quickly.

 

 

 

 

7. International Shipping

 

 

Currently, apparelo.boutique ships only within India.

International shipping will be available soon.

 

 

 

 

8. Order Cancellations

 

 

Orders can be cancelled only within 6 hours of placing them.

Once production or printing has started, cancellation is not possible.
