1. Prepaid Orders Only
We operate on a 100% prepaid payment system.
We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders under any circumstances.
All payments must be completed online at checkout before your order is processed.
This ensures your product is made-to-order and shipped faster.
2. Accepted Payment Methods

Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)

3. Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is successful, you’ll receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your order ID.
If you don’t receive confirmation within 30 minutes, contact us at support@apparelo.boutique with your payment details.
4. Failed or Pending Payments
If a payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, it is usually refunded automatically by your bank within 3–7 business days.
apparelo.boutique cannot speed up bank refund timelines, but we’ll help track your case if needed.
5. Pricing & Taxes
All prices listed on the website are in INR (Indian Rupees).
Prices include applicable GST and taxes, unless mentioned otherwise.
We reserve the right to update prices, discounts, or payment methods at any time without prior notice.
6. Fraud Prevention
We actively monitor all transactions.
Orders flagged for suspicious or unauthorized payment activity will be cancelled immediately and may be reported for fraud.
